romantic getaway perfection
superb location convenient shuttle amazing breakfast magical slopes
the hotel's location made exploration effortless , with restaurants and the village shuttle just steps away. the hotel shuttle proved so convenient, especially in the mornings. i found the breakfast selection amazing and appreciated the helpful staff. the nearby ski slopes created a magical experience.
i noticed a slight issue with the bathroom setup , but it did not detract much from our overall stay.

the hotel offers immediate access to restaurants and bars. the proximity to the shuttle bus provides seamless transport to the village and ski lifts, which are available nearby.

excellent stay with great amenities
ski shop dinner reservation
the ski shop is located within the hotel and made renting equipment very easy. ski passes were also organized by the staff. they helped with dinner reservations before arrival. a taxi was arranged quickly when the original one cancelled.
the spa's operating hours were not convenient as it closed early and opened late.

the hotel provides a water fountain with recyclable cups, supporting environmental efforts. there is also a candy jar available in the lobby for a quick treat. the breakfast area presents a good menu.

the staff members displayed a friendly and helpful attitude. the concierge team provided amazing recommendations. maëlys, along with the rest of the staff, understood needs.

delicious pastries helpful advice convenient shuttle
i loved everything! the breakfast buffet had so many delicious options, i ate fresh pastries every morning. the staff really shines, they are always ready with a smile and helpful advice about local spots. plus, the hotel has a super convenient shuttle, it took me straight to the ski lifts!
the lighting was poor in my room, this made reading a real problem at night and i could not get ready very easily.

an average experience
ski hire varied options early closing late opening
breakfast had various options i liked it. the location was reasonable a five minutes walk took me to the lift. it was easy to reach lots of restaurants from the hotel. ski hire in the hotel basement worked well.
the spa closed early at 8pm. it opened late at 10am so it was not useful. my mountain trip made the timing difficult. i rode a bike but i missed it

poor noise isolation dry air
The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It had a reasonable selection of items.
The noise isolation was poor between floors. I could hear everything happening above. The air quality felt dry and warm, even inside my room. I tried adjusting the thermostat, it did not work. This made sleeping difficult.

the staff provided a shuttle to the lifts each day, which i found convenient. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. complimentary afternoon tea was offered every day, a good touch.
the spa hours were somewhat limited, closing relatively early in the evening.
